Acerum Celebrates Quebec in Paris

On the occasion of Québec National Day, celebrated at the Québec Government Office in Paris, Acerum took center stage, showcasing the excellence of Québec's maple-making expertise to institutional representatives, partners, and distinguished guests. Thanks to the outreach efforts of the Arvida Signé Québec team, attendees had the opportunity to discover the richness of this one-of-a-kind maple spirit.

Throughout the evening, Acerum generated strong interest. Its story, distinctive character, and deep connection to Québec's terroir sparked the curiosity of guests, leading to engaging conversations about this Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) spirit.

The event provided an opportunity to introduce Québec's signature eau-de-vie, explain its origins and production process, and highlight the expertise of the producers whose craftsmanship continues to drive its growth and international recognition.
